Studio Policies

Membership Commitment

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. To cancel, a 30-day notice via email must be provided.

Late Cancellation

Class cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 8 hours will incur a $14 fee.

No Show

Clients who do not attend a scheduled class without canceling will be charged a $16 no-show fee.

Grip Socks Required

Grip socks will only be required in our non-heated classes, members will be required to bring a towel or purchase a towel for heated classes to protect mates.

5 Minute Late Policy

For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time will not be permitted to join.
